The Challenge: to Build a Consistent Flow of Incoming Leads
The client had been focusing on the automotive sector for a long time. In just four months, we established a stable lead flow with a call cost of $12.
Following that success, the client decided to expand into residential and commercial services. We launched new Google Ads campaigns, and today, we generate 40 unique leads across all three sectors.
Our Approach
1. We implemented CallRail call tracking to identify call sources, analyze ad campaign effectiveness, and improve overall campaign performance.
2. We integrated Hubspot to identify high-quality calls and transfer this data to Google Ads for machine learning optimization.
3. We began tracking not only MQLs but also SQLs—in our case, these are clients who completed a payment. This allows Google Ads to optimize for attracting not just qualified leads (MQLs), but also those who convert into paying customers (SQLs).
4. Added targeting at the ZIP code level.
5. Launched two types of campaigns: Search and Local Performance Max, with the ability to display ads on Google Maps.
