Key Responsibility
Increasing Targeted Inquiries on the Agency’s Website from Search Engines
What You Will Do
- Promoting the agency’s English- and Russian-language websites in international markets (primary market: the USA).
- Increasing the number of targeted leads from the website.
- Boosting organic traffic volume.
- Improving user behavior metrics on the website.
- Growing branded traffic.
What We Expect from You
- At least 1 year of SEO experience, with a proven track record of successful cases in international markets.
- Strong understanding of Google ranking factors and SEO best practices.
- Proficiency in Google Search Console, Serpstat, Google Analytics, and Yandex Metrics.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, sufficient for SEO-related tasks.
- Ability to assist in writing articles in English and Russian.
- Experience with WordPress is a plus.
- Attention to detail — especially when applying for this position, start your cover letter with the words: “Great start.”
- High level of responsibility and a results-driven mindset.
- English and Russian proficiency are required for successful performance in this role.
- Willingness to complete an internship.
Working Conditions
- Official employment under the Armenian Civil Code.
- Competitive salary, based on your skills and abilities: the fixed part is determined by grading levels, with quarterly distribution of the Financial Fund, formed from project profits. Grades are reviewed every 6 months.
- Fully remote work or hybrid format with the option to work from the office in Yerevan. Projects are managed in Jira.
- Challenging yet engaging projects strictly within the agency’s specialization.
- Training seminars, courses, and, if necessary, business trips for events held in other cities (Moscow, St. Petersburg).
- 50% reimbursement for any reasonable professional development expenses.
Internship First
- Before being assigned the position of Content Marketer, there is a paid internship period.
- The internship is mandatory for all — everyone, regardless of leadership level, job market experience, or position being applied for, must complete this internship before becoming a part of the agency.
- The internship helps you get acquainted with the agency’s internal standards and allows both sides to get to know each other. You will be able to decide whether you enjoy working with us, and we will see how you perform in action.
- The internship lasts for 3 months, and based on performance, the internship period may be shortened.
- After successful completion of the internship, compensation will be based on grading levels, reflecting the growth of skills and responsibilities.
- Be prepared to complete a test task.
