Key Competencies of an Project Manager
- Fluent Russian and English.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate between engineers, other project team members, and clients. Acts as a trusted advisor to the client, providing guidance and support.
- Holistic project vision from the client’s perspective, with a focus on business metrics and project value. Prepares reports and ensures project success by collaborating with engineers to achieve key business goals.
- Skilled in negotiations, honest, detail-oriented, and precise in their work.
- Takes on the role of a Product Owner within the Scrum/Agile framework throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements for the Project Manager
- At least one year of experience as an Account Manager or Project Manager.
- A strong advantage if you have at least three months of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, filters, pivot tables, and reporting.
- Ability to follow Camp’s principles and apply information-style writing.
- Experience working with CRM systems (AmoCRM, Bitrix24).
- Experience managing development projects.
- End-to-end client support—from initial contact to project launch and ongoing collaboration.
- Business analysis skills, with the ability to understand and optimize business processes.
- Strong communication skills, ability to work in a distributed team; experience in Scrum/Agile project work is a plus.
- Loves Mondays, doesn’t care about Fridays.
Mandatory Requirements for the Agency Manager
- Valid Google Ads Specialist Certification.
- Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills — the ability to defend your position while actively listening to clients and colleagues.
- Independence and responsibility in decision-making.
- Proficiency in Russian, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding the difference between working on something and actually finishing it.
- Self-discipline and reliability in task execution.
- Preferred but not required: A background in mathematics/technology (even if incomplete) or entrepreneurial experience.
Working Conditions
- Office-based position in Yerevan, where you will remotely manage both client projects and internal agency projects.
- The key word here is “work”—we need a manager for a long-term, full-time position.
- Limited number of projects per manager. The agency does not engage in mass client servicing, allowing managers to deeply immerse themselves in each project, demonstrate their skills, and dedicate time to personal growth.
- Qualified and reasonable clients — no dealing with difficult or unprofessional customers.
- No cold sales — your focus will be on project management, not lead generation.
- Challenging yet engaging projects strictly within the agency’s specialization (we do not work with e-commerce or content portals).
- Guidance and mentorship from a senior manager.
- Mandatory participation in training seminars and courses, as well as business trips if necessary.
- 50% reimbursement for any reasonable professional development expenses.

- Strict internal quality standards—these standards are continuously evolving and becoming more demanding.
- Continuous learning is essential — you’ll need to learn constantly, quickly, and largely independently.
- The team lead or senior manager may require revisions if a task is deemed below standard.
- Mistakes are acceptable — you won’t be punished for them, but you must learn from them.
