Why the Position is Open?
Due to an increase in workload, we are looking for an internet marketer who will take on strategic work with funnels, offers, and advertising campaigns.
What You Will Do
- Development of strategy and canvas for advertising campaigns
- Creating marketing strategies (funnels, touch point sequences, offers).
- Developing Customer Journey and working on growth points.
- Analyzing and improving conversions at all funnel stages.
- Work with advertising campaigns
- Collaborating with the PPC specialist on campaign improvements.
- Analyzing the effectiveness of ads, audiences, and creatives.
- Testing new hypotheses for positioning and advertising.
- Optimization of landing pages and offers
- Developing and testing offers.
- Working with designers and developers on landing page improvements.
- Analyzing user behavior and testing hypotheses for UX improvement.
- Conducting Customer Development
- Deeply studying the audience, identifying their pain points and needs.
- Collecting feedback from clients to improve marketing solutions.
What We Expect from You
- Experience in internet marketing for 2+ years.
- Understanding of digital funnels, marketing analytics, and CRO.
- Skills in creating advertising campaign strategies (customer journey, segmentation).
- Experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads (will be a plus).
- Experience in A/B testing of offers, landing pages, creatives.
- Ability to analyze data, find growth points, work with Heatmaps/Session recordings (Clarity, Hotjar).
- Experience in interacting with designers and developers to implement marketing ideas.
- Skills in conducting customer development and in-depth interviews — big plus.
Working Conditions
- Office-based position in Yerevan.
- Flexible schedule, but meeting task deadlines is important.
- Salary during the internship period — $1000 gross (3 months).
- Financing of 50% of the cost of education and training.
- Schedule: 5 days a week.
