Job Responsibilities

Managing paid traffic channels in Facebook Ads effectively, analyzing performance, and achieving key business metrics for our clients’ projects.

Developing strategies for working with paid traffic channels.

Setting up and optimizing web analytics.

Creating, launching, and scaling advertising campaigns.

Identifying growth opportunities and testing hypotheses.

Analyzing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and landing pages.

Preparing performance reports on paid traffic channels.

Proactively testing new tools and features in advertising platforms.
What We Expect from You
- Experience: At least one year of proven experience in Facebook Ads, with a track record of successful e-commerce projects.
- Analytical skills: Ability to analyze and process large volumes of data.
- Strong written Russian and English: Required for fast information processing and effective written communication.
- Attention to detail: Ability to strictly follow instructions and checklists.
- Willingness to learn: Ability to quickly adapt to new tasks and tools.
- Preferred qualifications: Facebook certification, as well as experience with LinkedIn Ads and other specialized advertising platforms.
